Designed and maintained SQL Server high-availability environments across two datacenters. Led migration of application and SQL environments from on-premises infrastructure to Azure.

Architected and implemented an operational data store using Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI Service. Established technical standards covering SQL, reporting, automation, and software delivery.

Developed C# applications and services that automated data extraction and FTP transfers, saving approximately 100 hours of manual work per month.

Designed and developed integrations connecting Dynamics 365 Dataverse with payroll, scheduling, ERP, and third-party systems.

Architected a centralized data solution using Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Lake, with pipelines supporting reporting and SQL-based data access.

Developed SSRS and Power BI reports and automated finance and operations workflows supporting billing, invoice resolution, notifications, and document distribution.
