Telgian Corporation, Phoenix, AZ | September 2022 – October 2025

• Designed and developed integrations connecting Dynamics 365 Dataverse with Paycom payroll, OptimoRoute scheduling, Deltek Vision ERP, and third-party property management systems. Used C#, PowerShell, REST APIs, Dataverse Web API/OData, and ODBC, with Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
• Architected a centralized data platform using a medallion architecture in Azure Data Lake and Azure Synapse Analytics. Built pipelines to organize data for reporting and enabled SQL-based access through Synapse serverless SQL.
• Developed SSRS and Power BI reporting solutions using on-premises SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Azure Synapse serverless SQL data sources.
• Automated finance and operations workflows supporting billing, client invoice resolution, resource-deadline notifications, and client-document distribution, reducing repetitive manual work.
• Led implementation of Dynamics 365 Field Service and Finance and Operations as part of modernization from Dynamics AX 2012 R2. The initiative included a Power Apps Canvas application for internal inspectors integrated with Dataverse.
• Coordinated contractors across multiple organizations, managed development work through Azure DevOps, and negotiated contracts while overseeing budgets and contractor hours.
• Provided Tier III ERP support and supported operational data workflows, backend automation, reporting, and integrations across Microsoft business platforms and Azure environments.

AtriCure Inc., Mason, OH | September 2013 – July 2022

• Architected and implemented a SQL-based operational data store (ODS) using Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI Service to support data integration and enterprise reporting. Established platform configuration and usage standards.
• Developed C# applications and services to automate data extraction and FTP transfers, saving approximately 100 hours of manual work per month. Created additional maintenance and operational automation that collectively saved thousands of hours annually.
• Served as technical and architecture lead for projects spanning data integration, Dynamics 365 Field Service, enterprise reporting, manufacturing labeling, ERP systems, SQL Server, and operational data architecture.
• Designed and maintained SQL Server high-availability environments across two datacenters, supporting enterprise applications and business-critical data platforms.
• Led migration of development, test, acceptance, and production environments from on-premises Hyper-V infrastructure to Azure infrastructure and platform services. Managed SQL Server environments, application configuration, Remote Desktop Services, and access to shared resources.
• Architected application migrations from physical infrastructure to Hyper-V virtual machines across multiple datacenters, maintaining separate environments for development, testing, acceptance, and production.
• Established engineering standards for SQL, PowerShell, SSRS reporting, software delivery, and release management. Produced architecture diagrams, process flows, and technical documentation supporting automated workflows and application changes.
• Led technical delivery of Dynamics GP upgrades and provided Tier III ERP support, SQL backend maintenance, and support for Dynamics 365 implementation initiatives.

Comprehensive Computer Solutions, Christiansburg, VA | October 2010 – July 2013

• Developed and maintained custom MVC web applications supporting manufacturing, purchasing, order logistics, sales, accounting, warehouse, and shipping operations. Integrated these applications with Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM through SQL Server to support data access and business workflows.
• Managed Dynamics GP manufacturing functionality, Dynamics CRM, and supporting enterprise applications, including Scribe Insight, Collect for GP, BigMachines, Targit, and SQL Server.
• Supported the application hosting environment, including Microsoft IIS, Terminal Services Gateway, and internally developed web applications and tools.
• Mentored junior developers in requirements analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Coordinated their development tasks and projects and helped implement Kanban across the development team to improve work organization and delivery.

• Developed custom software solutions using C++, C#, and Microsoft HTA technologies, including camera control systems, Canon EOS integration tools, FTP utilities, and workflow automation applications. 
• Provided senior-level support for enterprise network operations across headquarters, remote job sites, and multi-state office environments, including LAN/WAN systems, servers, workstations, email platforms, and remote support tools.
